🦃 Turkey Tailgate DetailsThe Turkey Tailgate is where all the magic happens — this is the day we smoke and prepare every turkey that will be served to our community on Thanksgiving Day!
Here’s how you can help:
Setup: Help get smokers positioned in the parking lot and ready to fire up.
Cooking: Pitmasters and grill experts — we need your skills to smoke all the turkeys to perfection.
Packaging: Once cooked, help us carve, pan, and package the turkeys for delivery day.
Cleaning: Join our cleanup crew to make sure the area stays tidy and organized.
Refrigeration: Help us safely store and keep the turkeys at the right temperature overnight.
🎨 Family-Friendly Fun:
We’ll also have a kids’ table where little ones can decorate the tops of to-go containers with Thanksgiving messages for meal recipients — a special touch of love from our community to theirs.
