Signup: https://forms.gle/X97LKeSntPyLoc1Q82024 is winding down and we're inviting you to show us your biggest deadlift. This is the only event of the year where non-members can earn a spot on our gym leaderboard. This is a relaxed competition and we want a fun, supportive environment.
Admission $30
Each athlete will get 3 attempts to reach a max weight. You have up to 60 seconds to get a successful lift and you must wait for a down call for it to be counted. This will be a rising bar style competition so there will be a starting weight and the weight will raise anywhere from 20-30 pounds until we've reached a max weight. Bar must be controlled back to the ground, no dropping or else you'll receive a zero.
NO: Deadlift suits, sticky substances
YES: Chalk, straps, sleeves, and belts
