Calling all youth foil fencers!Lincoln Fencing Club is thrilled to welcome guest coaches Stefani Deschner and Will Bailey for our Turkey & Tactics Foil Fencing Clinic!
Who: Fencers aged 16 and under
What: A dynamic foil fencing clinic featuring games, drills, and bouting with two accomplished coaches. This is a fantastic opportunity to sharpen your skills, gain insights into collegiate and international fencing, and learn from two highly decorated fencers.
When: Sunday, December 1st, 2024, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (with optional open bouting afterward)
Where: Lincoln Fencing Club, 6800 P St
Cost: $30 per fencer (cash, card, or PayPal at the door)
Coaches’ Bios:
• Stefani Deschner: A member of the U.S. National Team for 12 years, Stefani boasts an impressive list of achievements, including a bronze medal at the Cadet World Championships, three NCAA individual national championships, and more than 40 NAC medals. She was an NCAA Woman of the Year and won an NCAA Top 10 Athlete Award. She was also an alternate for Team USA at the 2024 Paris Olympics and has over 3 dozen international medals.
• Will Bailey: An LFC alum with 11 years of competition experience, Will is a 5-time state champion and has earned over 20 regional medals.
