About this Event
Our Turf Games Women’s Training workshops are an event to connect with like minded women, meet new people, gain confidence in yourself and in your training, learn new skills and develop the knowledge to work with your body to tap into your full potential and become the best version of you!
Whether you are currently training on your own, with friends or you are looking to get into functional fitness, this is the event for you.
Your coach, Becs, is a qualified fitness coach and nutritionist who has a huge passion for helping women feel strong and powerful through fitness and fuelling the body correctly. As well as coaching, Becs has also been a part of the Turf Games community competing in the elite division over the past 4 years so can share her knowledge of being on the competition floor as well.
During the event, we will begin with a lifting session, breaking down various lifts and developing confidence in lifting, followed by a fun Turf style team based workout. After this we will have a cool down and refuel with refreshments from our partners. We will then move into an education session where Becs will talk about how to fuel adequately for the training that you are doing and specifically for Turf competitions, getting you primed and ready for FITC Brisbane.
