We are still looking into details on entertainment and the associated costs. The cost of the venue has already been covered by some donations from this group (thank you!)
Beer will be available for purchase. Anyone may bring their own food and non alcoholic beverages and there will be food trucks on site. And we will be near downtown restaurants for folks who want to meet before/after.
Whether you are planning on coming or not, it will be super helpful for us to know so we can get a count and estimate cost per person as we look at entertainment options. So please respond and forward!!! 🤗
