About this Event
Tuning in to Teens™ is a parenting program that focuses on the emotional connection between parents and their tweens/teenagers. This evidence-based program has proven successful in improving parent-child relationships, emotional competence and behaviour.
Friday 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 November (5 sessions)
11am -1pm (2 hours)

Who is running it?
Edgee Ribeiro , Team Leader Child and Family from Creating Links, will show you how to:
- Focus on the emotional connection between you and your child by helping increase awareness and management of emotions;
- Better understand teenage emotions, support behavioural issues and set appropriate limits;
- Better deal with conflict, outbursts and defiance.
Edgee will share practical ways to help build understanding and cooperation between you and your tween/teenager.
