Brandon will be discussing pathways to help us think better, and show up daily, for the challenges we face.
On this months panel we have Dr Rachel V. Gow
Dr Rachel V Gow, is a Nutritional Neuroscientist, registered Nutritionist, Child Neuropsychologist, and author of ''Smart Foods for ADHA and Brain Health''
Dr Gow, has studied for over a decade, and will bring all her experience, and advise us, what’s good, what’s bad, and how to retrain the brain, eat, feel, and be more comfortable in ourselves.
Also on the night, we will have leading DJ and producer Jess Bays.
Having been in the industry for almost a decade, Jess is also a passionate mental health campaigner, and will be discussing the importance of enjoying music, and how music can be the best way to navigate some of our negative thinking.
