This midweek session is designed to help you release stress rebalance your energy and step into the rest of your week feeling renewed and uplifted.
Using the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls gongs chimes and other healing instruments Tune-Up Tuesday creates a symphony of sound that resonates deeply with your body and mind. These frequencies gently clear energetic blockages relax your nervous system and bring you back into harmony with yourself.
All you need to do is show up lay back and let the sounds wash over you. It’s the perfect opportunity to take a pause recalibrate and reconnect with your inner rhythm—so you can move forward feeling balanced empowered and refreshed. Tune in and let the transformation begin!

The theatre is located upstairs in the middle of the museum.
Upon arriving please use the restrooms and turn off your phones.
Cancellation within 24 hours credit will be applied to another time.
