As the fishing season of the bluefin tuna is about to end, we invite you to celebrate the king of the Mediterranean Sea.
This event will explain the importance of this fish and all the parts that in history tradition and culinary experience are cooked and eaten. Indeed there will be 12 dishes from all different parts of the Tuna. Discover our menu .
