Here’s how the tumble clinics work:
Warm-Up: We kick off every session with a warm-up to get those muscles ready.
Focused Drills: Your child will work on correct shaping through targeted drills, building a strong foundation.
Skill Circuits: They’ll move through circuits designed to build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
Progression Challenges: As they advance, they’ll face new challenges to keep them motivated.
But it’s not all hard work! We make sure classes are fun and engaging, with skill-oriented games or challenges along the way. Each session ends with a cool-down and stretches to keep everyone feeling great.
More Ways to Grow: You can book multiple sessions on the same day, and we highly recommend booking several sessions over the school holidays to keep those skills progressing.
