Come experience the thrill of competing in a triathlon! This fun-focused triathlon is a chance for kids' to try their hand at all three disciplines - swimming, biking, and running - in a non-competitive environment. Distances have been modified to fit each age group. Bikes and helmets can be provided if necessary. Racers will receive a t-shirt & swim cap. No experience necessary. Racers will be sent onto the course in separate heats to limit congestion. Date: Saturday, June 29, 2024
Distances:
8 - 10 Year Olds: 25 yd swim, 1 mile bike, and .25 mile run
11 - 13 Year Olds: 50 yd swim, 2 mile bike, and .50 mile run
Check-In: Begins at 8:00 AM
Heat Start Times:
11 - 13 Years Old (9:00 AM)
8 - 10 Years Old (10:00 AM)
Location: Smallenburg Park & Bouws Pool
Fee: $20/Participant; Register by June 17, 2024; pre-registration required
