Tuff Day Out - CPS concrete Mental Health Awareness Event
Car enthusiasts, motorsports community and the general community have been touched, hit and even beaten by depression and suicide.
We have created the "Tuff day out" to raise awareness, share some stories and raise money to help support people in any way possible.
The outreach of car owners from as far as Sydney, Melbourne and everywhere in between and various business owners who have been dealing with depression or simply want to support our event has been mind blowing.
"Tuff day out" has been officially registered with Picking Up The Peaces, which we are very excited about, so please help us help the people who are suffering and make "Tuff day out" a must do. With stalls and mental health information, well-being goodies, mental health friendly businesses, guest speaker, heaps of goodies for the kids, including the reptile park exhibits, face painting, fast slot cars, and many other treats for families in general.
