ABOUT THE POET: KARY
Kary used to write poems back in school on his crushes but it was not until the loss of his mother that he took poetry seriously. He used poetry to overcome his grief and to process his own emotions with which a lot of people connected. That's when he understood the power of poetry in healing.
Since then he has been reciting his poems digitally via his YouTube channel, "Kary Shwas Poetry", his Instagram page and offline gatherings. Kary is known as an "emotional poet" and has an outstanding combination of good writing coupled with great recitation skill.
