Yin yoga is a practice where you mindfully target deep connective tissues and cultivate body awareness through long-held shapes and somatic explorations.
• A three week block course •
Tuesday evenings
6:00 PM - 7:15 PM
February: 10th, 17th, 24th
Book in for one, two, or all three sessions.
Beginner friendly yin yoga.
Donation based classes (cash or online transfer accepted)
Held at The Movement Space
Upstairs at 88 Vogel Street, Dunedin.
All yoga props & mats provided, feel free to BYO mat if you prefer.
