📍 Meet at Waggener High School Track Parking Lot🕡 Warmup run begins at 6:30 PM
We’ll complete a 5 minute dynamic warmup together before an easy 10 minute warmup run and then complete our ladder workout: 3 min./4min./5 min./4 min./3 min with 2 min. recovery in between.
