Let your day slow down every Tuesday afternoon, 2-3:30pm, during the months of September in Ruthmere's garden and October in Ruthmere's game room (unless weather permits outdoors). Watch the butterflies chase the dragonflies while you sip your tea. Bring your own favorite tea cup, or borrow one of ours. Meet your friends, make new friends, or enjoy a quiet seat alone to read a book. Our Tuesday Teas reflect a traditional afternoon English tea, offering a finger sandwich, cucumber canapé, scone and a selected sweet with your favorite tea. This year, we are using our Tuesday Teas to celebrate the final film of Downton Abbey! Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale premieres September 12, 2025. Bring your movie ticket stub to a tea and receive a free magnet! Guests are encouraged (but not required) to dress up as a character or in 1920s fashion for the teas. Join us in celebrating Downton Abbey and the end of an incredible era!

Registration and pre-payment REQUIRED and registration is only accepted up through the Saturday before each tea. Please limit groups to 8 or fewer people.
