Enjoy afternoon tea & explore meditation, grow an inner practice. Some light yoga stretching to help settle the body and basic breathing and awareness practices to help relax the body completely are part of this class.
Enjoy a 30-minute meditation- creating inner peace, happiness, and a positive worldview, letting go of stress and anxiety, and developing concentration and focus. Afternoon tea will follow, with a new selection of herbal or healthy tea downstairs. Attendees can enjoy a mindful cup and conversation.
A meditation or other pillow is recommended, as well as a pillow or blanket.
