After three years behind the bar he has crafted his skills across some of Ocala’s best spots:
• Country Club of Ocala — where he learned the foundations.
• Cantina — mastered tequila, volume bartending, and found his passion for the craft.
• Thirsty Cobbler — discovered the depth and character of bourbon.
• 18 South — started experimenting with unique ingredients and house-made syrups while sharpening his fine dining approach.
• Tipsy Skipper — where he fell in love with rum and creative mixology, blending technique with imagination.
This journey inspired The Sundial, a one-night concept bar celebrating creativity, community, and craft.
