Come Join our Weekly Tuesday Stewardship Meet-Up!
Want to learn more about native plants and place-based stewardship? Come join our weekly Stewardship Meet-Ups to gain hands-on restoration experience and connect with community. After spending 2-hours outdoors, participants are invited to enjoy tea, coffee, and baked goods.
Meet in parking lot at 841 Ralph Street (red house on corner of Ralph and Swan Lake Rd) shortly before 9 am
We provide:
- Tools (everyone gets their own set and then returns them at the end of the shift)
- Work gloves which are returned at end of shift (if you have your own garden gloves please use these)
- Training on plant identification and how the Nature Sanctuary conserve native species
- Cookies at the end of the shift to restore your energy
You provide:
- Willing hands and minds to learn more about this important work
- Your own work clothes and closed toe shoes
