Join me for a six week introduction to traditional silversmithing. This is ideal for those wanting to learn a new hobby using sterling silver. Each week i will demonstrate a few techniques and help you to practice those skills using silver wire and sheet. You will get to make rings, a pendant and explore basic stone setting in silver. You will get to explore forming, filing, soldering, saw piercing and more and you will go home with 4 pieces of jewellery in total. This course runs for 6 consecutive Tuesdays daytime.
