Join our 1st FREE Women-Led & Women-Oriented Self Defense Program dedicated to providing the knowledge and tools required to defend Oneself, children, elders, and community members as well as raise your public & personal awareness. This In-Person class will take place Every Tuesday, | 7PM-9PM at the Downtown Container Park on the Green Lawn.

From beginners to experienced students; all are welcomed. All students will learn essential yet simple self-defense techniques that are a combination of Karate, Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA. Our instructors will guide you through real life scenarios, drills, & exercises.

Through open discussions, personal testimonies, and real life demonstrations & exercises we'll explore the challenges faced by women, children, & other marginalized individuals within this resourceful support group and advocate for our community's safety.

Info: Implement your body's natural weapons, analysis situations, and get hands-on scenario training including strikes, kicks, and other self-defense techniques stemming from each instructor's background.

Info: Let's cool down in a circle with light vocal affirmations and journaling or healing exercises.
