About this Event
We are @N.Y.Qi and our mission is to share the practice of Qigong with NYC!
We will activate, harmonize and cultivate our Qi using a variety of practices. Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive by 6:50 to settle in. $18 suggested contribution -- $10 for students. You can pay through Eventbrite ahead of time or Venmo/Zelle/cash upon arrival. Pay what feels right to you, no one will be turned away!

Qigong encompasses a wide body of practices that encourage vital force to flow by way of movement, breath and intention. Through Qigong practice we learn to be present with the subtle sensations and find stillness in the mind. Meridians, with the associated organs and elements, inform us about our temperament, the seasons, the time of day and even specific tastes and smells. Through mindful practice of Qigong we can tonify our energy while staying grounded to the earth and aligned with the heavens.
