Our Tuesday morning session stands out as one of the most challenging yet highly rewarding sessions of the week, catering to swimmers of many proficiency levels. It is one of our two flagship 90minute morning sessions.
This intensive workout focuses on pushing your limits around threshold pace and building endurance through a strategic blend of threshold training methods.
The session is primarily designed to boost swim fitness, endurance and achieving fantastic pacing skills, without incorporating extensive technique drills.

Minimium Swim Criteria to join
- Swimmers must be able to swim at least 200m of non-stop and proficient front crawl in approximately 2:30 per 100m.
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- Please note that this is not a learn-to-swim session; attendees must have a basic proficiency in front crawl.
