We have been enjoying meeting new people that have come to run with us. If you haven't been before, we meet around the starting line at the track. If you are new to our workout please let us know you are coming, just in case track gets canceled for any reason and we will know you are coming and can let you know.Runners that come to Tuesday Night Workout are doing so to get faster for a race and know what their workout should be. However, here is a workout if you don't have one already figured out.
The Warm-up:
1200 meter jog followed by stretching.
The WOW:
Intermediate:
8 x 400m + 100m RI
Advanced:
12 x 400m + 100m RI
The Cool-down:
1200 meter jog followed by shin mobility and stretching.
