The blue corner will take the position that advocates for OMB to decide on folding the program into the General Services Administration.

The red corner will take the positon that advocates for OMB to decide on keeping the program under the stewardship of NASA.

One combatant is a former government-wide program executive and gadfly to The Coalition of Self-Interests and the Architects of Inefficiency.

The other combatant is one of the most reputable Senior Executives of the General Services Administration remaining in the federal marketplace.

A "Special Guest Referee", formerly with the Office of Management and Budget, will be on hand to make sure the fight is honest, fair, and to make sure no one gets hurt.
