Join me each Tuesday as we welcome in our week with meditative movement that challenges us to align our body and breath, while welcoming in strength-building and physical. emotional. and spiritual balance!
Expect some beginning dharmic reflection and creative transitions within our asana practice each week. It's your opportunity to support a local, community-based space that wants to invite you to build a healthy balance. . . combining mindful movement with healthy and local food options. You can even stay after class to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee at the cafe!
