GUIDED MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION GROUPTUESDAY 29TH OCTOBER 7.00PM - 8.15PM

This is a friendly and welcoming group that meets once a month for guided mindfulness and meditation, gentle mindful movement and relaxation.
The sessions are are open to everyone whether new to mindfulness meditation or a more experienced practitioner.

I have been teaching mindfulness for over 9 years having trained with the Oxford Mindfulness Centre as well as the Mindfulness Association and have also completed a 3 year post-graduate Masters in Mindfulness Studies with the University of Aberdeen. The techniques and practices I offer have their roots in Buddhist meditation traditions but are also firmly based around psychological theory and evidence-based neuroscience so are accessible for all.
