Tuesday evenings are generally our faster workouts and we alternate between Glendalough/Laragh (odd weeks) and Roundwood Reservoir Trails (even weeks).Runs scale to ability but if you are beginner you should join our Thursday and Sunday runs instead.
Runs take 1 hour and we try to cover a minimum of 10 km. You can always shorten the run if that suits you.
Bring head-torches in the winter period.
During weeks where most runners in the club raced Saturday or Sunday, we tend to do an easy recovery run with some pick-ups instead of a faster workout.
