Tuesday classes taught by our resident teacher, Kadam Chris Heyes. Kadam Chris has been practising Buddhist Meditation under the Buddhist Master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Rinpoche for over 30 years. He is the resident teacher at Nagarjuna KMC in Leicester.
Meditation & Positive Thinking
Negative thinking can be a strong habit – whether we are mentally criticising others or ourself, feeling impatience, guilt or blame, generating disapproval, lacking confidence or just habitually seeing life in negative ways. These ways of thinking can bring us down and prevent us from living a happy, peaceful, fulfilled life.
What can we do about this? Discover through the practical, timeless wisdom of Buddhist meditation how to apply positive thinking in any situation and how to remain calm and peaceful in the most difficult of circumstances.
Time: 19:00 – 20:00 – Followed by complimentary tea & biscuits with an opportunity to ask the teacher questions.
