About this Event

Practicing yoga in nature offers many benefits to the body, mind, and spirit. Join our friendly community for beach yoga to the sound of the waves. This is an open-level class that is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Options are offered in poses so that the practice works for everyone. A great way to start the morning!

A few notes:

We practice on the beach in the shade at the end of Calle Taft, near where the road meets the beach. However. occassionally (when the beach is busy) we practice between Calle Taft and Calle King's Court. Please arrive early in case you have difficulty finding us. You can text 310-227-9451 if you can't find us, so long as it is before class starts.
Your well-being is our priority! By joining this class, you agree to practice mindfully, listen to your body's limits, and take responsibility for your own body. Santosa Yoga and Health and the instructor are not liable for any injuries.
