We would like to share with you our exciting vision for the Tucson area! We are planning a city-wide motorcycle prayer ride and celebration on Saturday, March 22, 2025, called the Tucson Jericho Ride. Our day will begin at three local churches (south, northwest, and east). Participants will register and receive instructions to ride to two stations throughout our city on a route that will encircle our city with prayer. Each station will have event branded materials, and signage showing the support of organizations and businesses involved in the sponsorship and coordination of the day. Participants will spend time at each station praying over our city, first responders, elected officials, local leaders, and educators. Each group of riders will arrive at Reid Park’s DeMeester Center for Performing Arts for a celebration with food trucks, ministry booths, live music, and prayers. This family friendly event is an opportunity for you to reach the public and show you care about our community.
History of Event: This event was started last year by Linda Rutherford, a Local Law Enforcement Chaplain and 4Tucson, along with Tucson Christian Motorcyclist Association Local Chapter Tucson Cruising Christians, Full Throttle Ministries, Reaching Resilience LLC and other local churches/ministries. Motorcycle riders circled the Tucson area praying for our community, our first responders, and our military.
