PLEASE CLICK TICKETS LINK ABOVE TO REGISTER FOR THIS CLASSThe square squared unit is commonly found in quilts, serving as a center-piece of a block, joining other units, or enhancing sashing and borders. Mastering this technique is crucial, as crafting an on-point square within another square unit can be challenging—leading to wonky or undersized units. Trimming while keeping everything centered won’t be a hassle with the Square Squared™ tool. Its design will help deliver accuracy in your work. It's also perfect for 'fussy cutting,’ by allowing you to highlight specific images or designs in your fabric at the square's center.
You will also expand your skills further by learning to create an alternate unit known as 'little houses, ideal for stars, sashing or borders. This class will enable you to make both the square squared and little house units with confidence delivering less frustration and more pride and joy in every quilt you make featuring these units!
