This course will be delivered in the classroom at City of Bristol College. It will revert to online if covid restrictions are still in place. (Some regions may be subject to devolved funding. If your application cannot be accepted by this college, you will be redirected to another suitable college.)
Sessions will run every Thursday for 10 weeks.
Please ensure that you have time off to attend this course and that you have notified the appropriate union branch official or officer that you intend to take the course.

The course helps reps identify, prevent and control risks helping to build a safer and healthier workplace. It encourages reps to involve members in safety issues by developing a collective approach to health and safety. It helps reps keep up to date on health and safety law and information enabling them to use it more effectively. The course help reps build health and safety organisation and effect real change in the workplace.
