TUBACHRISTMAS is held annually at Blacksburg’s Winter Lights Festival and Holiday Market in Downtown Blacksburg. Participants of all ages participate are invited to bring their euphoniums and tubas of all sizes to participate in this yearly tradition to raise money for the Harvey Phillips Foundation, Inc.
The performance begins at 6 p.m. on Henderson Lawn, across from the Lyric Theatre.
MERRY TUBACHRISTMAS is now celebrating its 51th Anniversary (1974-2024). TUBACHRISTMAS is sponsored by Downtown Blacksburg, Inc, the Virginia Tech School of Performing Arts, and The Marching Virginians at Virginia Tech.
