About this Event

In celebration of Women's History Month, join us for an impactful gathering designed to embolden Latinas to harness their power by sharing their stories.

Every Latina leader has a story worth telling—what’s yours?

In collaboration with Latino Founders, Jefas PDX invites you to an afternoon of inspiration, connection, and growth. This workshop will equip you with the tools, confidence, and strategies to share your unique story and step into your power—whether it’s on a stage, in your business, or in your career.

What to Expect

Keynote Speaker: Start the day with an inspiring keynote to ignite your confidence and motivate you to embrace your voice. (Details TBA!)

Interactive Workshop: Guided by JefasPDX founders and business consultants Viridiana Ponce and Ashley K. Stoyanov Ojeda, this hands-on session will teach you how to:

  1. Identify the most common roadblocks Latinas face when sharing their stories—and how to overcome them.
  2. Develop your unique value proposition and craft a compelling narrative that highlights your strengths.
  3. Leverage your story to:
  • Speak on stages and become a thought leader.
  • Build your business and personal brand.
  • Unlock career growth opportunities and even take steps toward writing your own book.

Light Bites by Latina-owned Pipsqueak Bagels, cafecito + more fun surprises!

You’ll leave with actionable tools, practical exercises, and the confidence to share your story boldly—whether it’s to inspire others, establish yourself as a leader, or create meaningful change.
