TU SUPPER CLUB Inaugural Dinner by One Bite Kitchen + Slice Catering

Tiki Underground, Slice Catering, and One Bite Kitchen are pairing up to revive the Midwest tradition of the Supper Club right here in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and the chance to escape everyday life for a few hours.

Your experience will include:

• Five-course menu by Justin of One Bite Kitchen and Tig of Slice Catering

• Three hand crafted tiki cocktails or mocktails chosen from a special selection

• Your choice of seating time (5:00-7:15PM or 7:30-9:45PM)

• Supper Club vintage tunes to set the mood

• Reserved seat at one of our tables, which may be shared with other diners

We also offer a VIP option that includes a special table in the Captain's Quarters, Tiki Underground swag bag, off menu cocktails, and two carry out cocktails to finish the night in your home bar. Only two VIP seatings are available!

Supper Club Menu by One Bite Kitchen & Slice Catering

Course One: Oysters / pineapple mignonette/ cucumber pearls

Course Two: Sea bass/ heirloom carrot/ pickled chili/ dashi corn broth

Course Three: Crispy glazed pork belly/ smoked eggplant, black garlic puree/ apple yuzu slaw/ pickled blackberry

Course Four: 5 Spiced short rib/ sushi rice cake/ king oyster mushroom/ broccolini/ soy soft egg/ kimchi BBQ

Course Five: Coconut milk fried banana/ miso caramel ice cream/ Nutella ganache/ strawberry gel/ sesame crumble

History of Supper Clubs

Almost always family-owned and operated, Wisconsin supper clubs are long-established restaurants, typically in rural or remote areas, with straightforward but respectable menu items and good hospitality. While their hey-day was post World War II, you’ll still find more than 260 across the state. Most likely, they are housed in a building that goes back decades, and sometimes the supper club has been operating just as long. Despite having “club” in the name, you don’t actually need to be a member to dine at one — but the hospitality will surely make you feel like you’re getting something special.
