About this Event
YIC's philosophy is about compassion, towards others and ourselves. We believe In the adage: "self care is giving the best of you, instead of what's left of you."
In collaboration with Mase Lifestyle, we are excited to present our TU-LA Wellness Retreat Series at YIC. Teacher and Tibetan singing bowl therapist Mae Kwan White invites you to explore the ways in which you'll find peace and ease in your mind, body and space.
‘Open your heart, ignite the flame in your being and awaken the natural flow of life energy in your heart. When your heart is open, the world around you changes.’ - Mingtong Gu
Anahata is the home of unconditional love, also known as the heart chakra. When in balance, unconditional love flows easily through you; the personal power to love and be loved is awakened in this chakra. In our first TU-LA series, we will focus on balancing our heart chakra with a gentle yoga flow and a few yin yoga poses, accompanied by a crystal grid set by Mae and an essential oil blend that promotes forgiveness and self-love. Once the chest region has been opened, participants will receive a soothing sound bowl therapy that helps bring the heart chakra back into balance.
We will serve a cup of nourishing tea after class to gently awaken, so that you can face the world, refreshed and renewed.
All classes are 90 minutes, limited to 8 students.
Early bird $60 per class (ends 21st May); Regular Price $68
