Chef, food stylist, and culinary activist, Lelani channels her Grenadian-Irish heritage into a cuisine that is both soulful and urgent — a celebration of Caribbean vibrancy grounded in memory, storytelling, and truth.
Through her acclaimed project Code Noir, Lelani has shown the world how food carries the weight of history — slavery, colonization, migration — yet also holds the power to spark joy, connection, and cultural pride. At our table, she will invite us to witness that legacy, to share in resilience, and to savor dishes that are as evocative as they are delicious.
