In case you missed the first weekend there is another opportunity to come join us at Catoosa for our second To The Moon work weekend of 2024! It's a wonderful opportunity to meet your community and get a chance to spend time with the landowners as we help develop and leave a permanent and positive impact on the beautiful land we get to call home during our event!You may arrive on site Friday afternoon, May 17th, to set camp and get settled. We will have signs that lead you to our designated camping area.
We will gather @ 10:00a.m. Saturday morning to get to work!
We will be working on rebuilding the Dam in the Grotto as well as working on revamping the decking in the Grotto to make a more accessible community space! This will be an awesome opportunity to see the fruits of your labor come time for the event!
We would like to welcome anyone who attends to join us for a potluck Saturday evening after the work ends!
Bonus!!: You'll have access to explore some of the larger waterfalls and even more epic land features that are off limits during the event! You don't want to miss this opportunity, did we say epic?!?!
What to bring:
Camp gear
Water
Cups, Plates, Bowls, utensils
Work gloves
Bug spray and Sunscreen
Any drills or tools that will be useful in repairing decking.
Food to contribute to the pot-luck on Saturday evening and for your other meals.
