TTL will be collaborating with ICW for a full body circuit on November 2nd at 9:00am at 135 Morrissey Blvd, near Savin Hill in Dorchester. After the workout, we will head over to Ghost Pepper Taco and Tequila for some networking and apps. RSVP link is in our bio. Let's get a workout together!

Can anyone do it? Yes! We pride ourselves on being an inclusive organization, which extends to our workouts. Our Trainers are experts in designing workouts and providing multiple variations that challenge folks of all fitness levels. Of course we do recommend people only participate if they are medically cleared to exercise. ICW Group Workouts feature a 45-50 minute full body balance of mobility, strength, and conditioning in a circuit style format. We look forward to having you join us!
