About this Event
Take what you know about "group fitness" classes and throw it out the window okurrrrr.
This is not that. This is gayer. [JK, but really if you're queer come thruuuuuu] 🏳️🌈
OK OK what this really is, is a guided, low-intensity experience designed to bring you closer to your body by moving in new ways.
We are combining the principles of strength training, calisthenics, yoga and pilates into a fluid, nuerodivergent-friendly smorgasboard of beneficial movement that you probably aren't doing on your own.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and comfortable shoes.
All sizes and genders are welcome. 10% of all proceeds will be donated to headquarters community beneficiary: he she we & zee non-profit supporting lgbtq initiatives!

About the instructor:
Britt Stauduhar (they/them) is a multi-passionate creative, former Nationals level powerlifter and NASM-CPT with 6 years of experience instructing movement. Britt is also a Certified Nutrition Coach and Size-Inclusive Training Specialist that loves to hold space for those who have found it hard to find a belonging in conventional "fitness" and "wellness" spaces.
