Program:20:00 Workshop "“Sacada and back cross combo" by Sebastian & Julia.
Continuing the idea of effortless way of dancing complicated movements.
Warning! Lot of technique, nano-details, deep diving into mechanic of the movement, breathing, body awareness, quality of the littles details.
Developing the topic of playing with the axis and free leg of the follower we are sliding to sacadas in combination with back crosses. Decomposing on molecula level, what body is doing during these movements to keep yourself and your partner chill and relaxed.
