Külalisena saabub Lätist Sergejs Siporovs, Michelini BiB Gourmand tiitliga restorani Snatch kokk, kes on oma osavust lihvinud ka mitmes Michelini tärnidega restoranis. Tema kõrval tegutsevad Nero restorani sous chef Kārlis Rūdolfs Aiše ning City Grill House’i peakokk Anatolijs Pimanovs.🧑🏻🍳🤌🏻

The truffle dinner returns – now for the third time! 😍🍽️ The tradition is made even more special this year by the arrival of representative from the Angellozzi truffle house, who will share the secrets of truffle harvesting with the guests.
This year’s dinner will take place at City Grill House, where three exceptional chefs will be working in the kitchen. Guest chef Sergejs Siporovs from Latvia, working at the Michelin BiB Gourmand-awarded restaurant Snatch, has experience in several Michelin-starred kitchens. He will be joined by Kārlis Rūdolfs Aiše, sous chef at Nero, and Anatolijs Pimanovs, head chef at City Grill House. 🧑🏻🍳🤌🏻
Together, they’ve created a tempting six-course menu, with truffles taking center stage. Each course will be paired with a perfectly matched wine selected by Bestwine’s sommelier Juri Brattšik. 🍷✨
Both Juri and all the chefs will be present at the dinner to introduce the dishes and wines.
