Join us in a beautiful location just outside Crieff for a retreat that gives you opportunities to try new things. Susie & Phil from Pause & Breathe CIC are being joined by a variety of facilitators, for a whole range of activities. Perhaps you fancy learning how to make kimchi, or trying paddle-boarding. Maybe you'd like to learn how to start a fire, or how to whittle. Maybe you've never tried Qi Gong or been to a Sound Bath. Or how about a Full Moon drumming circle?
This retreat may at times take you out of your comfort zone - and that's OK! We'll all be learning new things together, in a tranquil location.
We're joined on retreat by:
- Susie and Phil from Pause & Breathe - with Mindfulness, Qi Gong and Yoga Nidra
- Morag from Sound Balance Scotland - with a Full Moon Drumming Circle and Sound Bath
- John from Well Wild - with a nature walk, transient art session, fire lighting and whittling
- Kirsti - Pause & Breathe Community Member - with learning to Crochet, and kimchi making
We’ll be staying in log cabins, situated around a Loch - it really is a lovely setting. All meals are provided, with hot drinks and snacks always available. We’ll hopefully be spending quite a bit of time outside, depending on the weather. There’s also the option of trying wild swimming (or dipping), and having a go on the zip-wire over the Loch - if you’re brave enough!
We’re on retreat together from 14th - 17th March, arriving from 3pm onwards for a 5.30pm welcome and we’ll be leaving at 3pm on the Monday.
Prices vary, depending on which room you choose. It's £595 or £645 to share a room, our single supplement spaces have now gone.
