Our teams range in age from 5-65 and have players with a broad spectrum of disabilities that prevent them from playing stand up hockey. We do require that players are able to follow age appropriate instructions.
Whether you are ready to join the team or are looking for an opportunity to try sled hockey, we are committed to making it a great experience. Our next Try Sled Hockey event is scheduled for:

Here's what you can expect:
12:30-1:00 Registration and get fitted for equipment
1:00-2:00 On the Ice
2:00-2:30 Wrap up and discussion about how to join a team
It's cold in the rink so dress appropriately. Here are some things you should bring:
- Gloves
- Long pants (maybe even snow pants if you get cold easily)
- Warm shoes/boots
- Sweatshirt/Coat
- If you have one, bring a bike helmet incase we run low on hockey helmets
