The main objective of ringette is to use a stick to hit a ring into the opposing team's goal. The team with the highest score at the end wins.

Requirements:
- CSA-approved helmet
- Hockey skates
- Ringette stick (we'll have some available if you don't have one)
- Optional: hockey gloves
Paid rentals for hockey skates and helmets are available on site.
No registration necessary — just drop in.
Change rooms will be available approximately 10 minutes prior to the class start time.
