About this Event
Our beginners' workshops are designed for children aged 4-11 who haven't played music before and are keen to try out different instruments to see which one they like best. They will be helped by our team of professional musicians and will be introduced to instruments such as the piano, violin, flute, trumpet, cello, and many more!
And everything will take place on our iconic MusicOnWheels musical bus for children, which will make the experience even more unique and memorable. Book your slot now, as we are always completely full on the day.
There will also be a concert from 13:45-14:00, which will contribute to our existing efforts to raise money for Ukraine. The cost will be £10 per person and it will take place on the MusicOnWheels bus. Around 40% of Lycaeum’s students learn with Ukraine-based online tutors. We have 43 employees and contractors based in the country, as well family and friends who remain there. Many have been able to flee the country, while others have been unable to for a variety of reasons. Since the beginning of the war, Lycaeum has been dedicated to providing support to those affected. MusicOnWheels is London's most unique music teaching project.
