Join us in Max Otto Hall for a fun, interactive, anti-racism educational workshop with Dasha Kelly Hamilton. Dasha Kelly Hamilton is an artist, writer, and creative change agent. The Truth Evolution workshop is a conversation experience for community vitality, organizational bias training and personal anti-racism work. With magic markers, personal story and imagination, Dasha Kelly Hamilton guides participants through creative discovery and facilitates a dialogue around race, class and equity.
This workshop is open to people who are 10 years of age and up. This is a wonderful way to engage in this important topic with your family.
There will be a finger food potluck starting at 12:30 p.m. and the workshop will begin at 1:00 p.m. Please bring something to share if you can!
This event is free, for member and active friends of the congregation, sponsored by the Anti-Racism team of First Unitarian Society of Milwaukee. Space is limited to 60, save your spot soon!
