We human beings are complicated creatures. As a species, our greatest superpower is our incredible ability to evolve and adapt to new situations and yet, our brains are hardwired to seek (and maintain) safety and security. Very confusing isn’t it?

This deep fear of uncertainty often means that we cling to the security of what we know, instead of creating the lives we really want to live. But the thing is…uncertainty is a by-product of meaningful change so where does that leave us?

In this talk, Mari Kennedy will help us to find the wisdom and tools we need to embrace uncertainty and navigate change more easily. You might be in a relationship that’s long past its sell-by date or stuck in a dead-end job that you hate. You might be ‘playing small’ in your life when you know you have much more potential. Or maybe you’re living in constant fear of what’s around the corner, unable to experience joy and ease.
