Face to face conference consisting of evidence-based discussion and expert-led CPL.
This session will review the key systems and process for work as a TLT and look at mechanisms to ensure your work as a TLT embeds securely at both your own and other trust schools.

Following this CPL, the intention is for there to be informal networking of teacher learning communities based on common need of school and/or leader.
Gap task – focus on an area of teacher practice as a change project (identify the learning problem, plan to address this, curate CPL, support/model/guide - link to AIP) reflect on impact in online session in March

· To deepen understanding of the role and responsibilities of being a TLT
· To deepen understanding of the core principles of developing teacher technique linked to effective implementation
· To identify common learning problems and approaches to improve them
· To understand the role group coaching plays in improving teacher practice
· To utilise new learning in action-planning next steps for implementation in your own setting.
